What the heck are these guys trying to prove? A little holiday gift for the Firefox using EDiots
For you Firefox using EDiots who want to bring more lulzy webpage screencaps (of the fucking huge variety) to ED in high quality, I recommend this Firefox extension:

It has a paid "pro" version, but you can just use the free version and it'll do what you need.
Once you've installed it, find a webpage you want to capture an entire capture of, open up the Fireshot tab, click the option for what you want to save, then leave your computer the fuck alone while it captures the page.
Your screen will shake like it's going batshit, but this is fine, it's just taking a digital scan of the page, so don't try opening new tabs, going to another program or web browser, or doing anything else at all while it's getting the page, as it will scan in crap from your desktop and other pages if you do this, so get the fuck up and do something else like take a shit or something since the process can take awhile, especially if it's a really long page.
The page will save as a PNG file, and if it's really long, it will be in excess of 2MB, so use an image editor to crop the scan if you need to if you only need a certain part of the scan.
You could also convert the scan to a .jpg file if it doesn't fuck up the quality too much to reduce the file size by quite a bit.
There are a few other extensions and programs that can save webpages, but the only other Firefox extension that can do this is really outdated, and this one is updated fairly regularly.

To keep the AOTN page fast and fresh, I thought of moving its 2011 section into a subpage and leave a link to it on the original page. I'm sure we had a template for ED archives somewhere, so that could turn out pretty sweet. What do you guys think of that? --Gseed 07:07, 23 December 2012 (EST)

- I like watching the show whilst inebriated! There are just some media forms that "go better drunk"...like "Adventure Time", or "Jackass"...normally, sober, they're just kinda ~meh~ not all that uber interesting, but drunk/high...we're talkin uber quality entertainment! :D

Asperger's Syndrome no longer a diagnosis in new DSM-5
I posted this in Encyclopedia Dramatica:Needed/Proposed and the talk page of Asperger's Syndrome, but I thought I'd also post it here in case anyone missed it.

I'm wondering if the Asperger's Syndrome article needs a complete rewrite because of "Asperger's" being dropped from the DSM-5, or if a separate article detailing the changes should be made. Maybe it would be wiser to see if the term is still used regularly after the DSM-5 comes out, or if a new term starts to be used.
