Ped0sapien AKA Jose Carlos Garcia AKA Mr. Shadow is a 22 year old who has been on the pedophile chat boards since he was 13 years old. At this point, it is not known what his involvement with the boards was when he was so young. He was formally known as Mr. Shadow, but decided to change his name. He is a boylover, whose AOA is all ages. It is unknown what he does for a living, but he has expressed a desire to be a teacher. When he was 16 years old, he would put his cousins on his web cam for the pedophile board members to view. He has even met with the creator of Evil-unveiled.com/Boylove.net, Evil-unveiled.com/Steven Jones in the summer of 2005, which means he was under 18 when he went to meet a pedophile.
He is the "Pal Moderator" at Evil-unveiled.com/Boylove.net and mods the Spanish section of Evil-unveiled.com/BoyBliss.
