Forum Registration Error

Didn't know where to put this and I'm confused. Trying to register on the forums but there's an error message that keeps popping up, saying that I entered a "CAPTCHA verification" wrong even though there's no CAPTCHA entry on the page to begin with. Can someone tell me what's going on here? Am I going crazy? O.o Thanks.
