An Interrobang is a corruption of "!?" or "?!". The Interrobang arrived on 7chan last Thursday when someone posted the Wikipedia link to this certain punctuation, inspiring much shooping. It is probably the most lulzy punctuation mark evar, and not a means for Arabs to get information out of you.
According to Wikipedia, this useless-as-fuck punctuation mark is meant to end a sentence which asks a question in an excited manner, expresses excitement or disbelief in the form of a question, or asks a rhetorical question.
