Perks (sometimes referred to as Skills, Traits or Abilities) are a gameplay mechanic in the popular MMORPG entitled Life that generally grant the the player character various advantages over other players and NPCs. There are two main types of perks: Racial Perks which are chosen automatically upon character creation and Character Perks that are chosen on Level Up. While most perks offer benefits, some perks can come with notable downsides that are just not worth the trade-off.
Endurance Perks

Vehicles cause 250% more damage at the expense of not being able to fucking drive them properly. This perk is automatically given to members of the Asian race and wimminz upon character creation. |

Gain +5 to unwarranted self importance at the expense of remaining a virgin forever. Effect is doubled if you possess the Virgin With Rage perk. |

Gives all the negative effects of the Negroid race to a member of the Aryan race. Increases some Negroes disposition towards you but makes you look like a complete faggot to Whitey and Uncle Tom. |

The effects of marijuana are doubled, but you take a -15 penalty to intelligence due to believing that all situations have a peaceful solution. |

|
Removes all negative racial traits from a member of the Negroid race, but makes your fellow Negroes permanently hostile to you. |
