Lord Syko considers himself to be Irish, but many believe this is a ploy to make him eligible for welfare in the Republic of Ireland. It is clear Lord Syko is loyal to his British identity as he is more than content to claim welfare off the British government despite the Irish welfare system being substantially more generous. | |||
