Talk:Social engineering

The first part is nice, but the "Exercises" one seems kinda pointless. What's all that babble about "hacking" AOL? What's the point in doing that? That's not social engineering at all, has no point, no foreseeable benefit, nothing. It doesn't explain at all the "???" before the "PROFIT".
