Tommy Parky looks like it was written by pseudo-intellectual 13-year-old boy. Look out for unfunny Uncyclopedia bullshit, boring in-jokes, and angsty teen-ery. You could also add in actual humor.

The leader and founder of the UTUBEFAILPOLICE team and a member of the Barney Bunch. A young Gay man who appears to be roughly 10.
History
He wasn't actually that well-known until he was featured on the 30th episode of Trollsnews (September 11, 2001) when he talked about how he got away with 9/11, which gave him his notoriety and caused many trolls and terrorists to abhor him and others to join him. People such as the Purple Helmet Avenger and mtndewman3000, started to attack Tommy's accounts, often raiding them.
Comments
Tommy's comments are much similar to that of the other UTFP team, his comments, however, are much more varied. While he still doesn't appear to have normal intelligence, many comments suggest otherwise.
Common comments:
- UTUBEFAILPOLICE (mostly followed by GANG, CULT, or NAZICLIQUE)
- TOMMY PARKY (either followed or preceded by proof of his homosexuality, or "imin69withjustinbeiberlol")
- FISHY (preceded with either QUEER, GAY, or SHITCORN)
- DREW PICKLES (Tommy Parky's #1 buttsexbuddy)

Trivia
- Tommy Parky is the only user on the UTFP that are capable of speaking in abnormal sentences.
- He is so hated that even creepypasta characters seem to have a grudge against him.
- One example even comes from a user called "666666RED666666", who turns out to actually be Red the hell beast, the main antagonist of the Godzilla NES creepypasta.
- Unlike all of the other UTFP, his face is actually shown.
- There's often a running joke that the original Parky posed a striking resemblance to Adolf Hitler, mainly due to the fact that he is running a secret holocaust where he deports the detained non-trolls that he labels as trolls to concentration camps where his secret police ass rape and kill the inmates.
- the UTFP actually references this joke in [1]"Top 10 Gay Pornographic Pictures Of Tommy Parky*UtubeFailPolice*", where they placed a picture of Hitler in fellatio with Tommy Parky.
