Scooby Werkstatt
Scooby Werkstatt, aka Scooby1961, aka "natty king of /fit/," is a gay, Jewish YouTube fitness trainer who made vids for teens with exercises to "get fit" with. Sometime between 2012 and 2013, he began posting on 4chan's /fit/ board and quickly rose to /fit/ meme and celebrity tripfag status.
Unfortunately for both Scooby and /fit/ though, this was not to last. But, just like any other e-celeb that didn't an hero, came back after a short pause and now disabled all his comments like the beta muscle-nerd he is. The YouTube money needs to flow, after all.
History of /fit/'s Fascination
Scooby had been an icon in the Youtube fitness world for many years, which lead to many lurkers of /fit/ mirin' his massive pecs while scarfing down protein and imagining their head pressed firmly against his bulge as he spots them for a set of bench press. After /fit/ discovered Scooby's Youtube, he was made a joke of due to their dislike for Scooby's fitness information. Most often, Scooby was criticized for his damnation of squats, a /fit/ favorite, as an unsafe exercise and his alternate exercise recommendation: Skateboarding Squats.
A picture of Scooby posing also was the target /fit/'s attention. Dubbed the Scooby Pose, this pose was soon used to share pictures of each other's half-naked male bodies as often as the Zyzz Pose and the /fit/ Pose. During these times, Scooby was just considered another name in the Youtube fitness community who just happened have some funny quirks about him to /fit/, however, this would soon change after a very brave moderator contacted Scooby.
Scooby Visits /fit/
One day, after the /fit/izens had all had their nutritious meals for the day and were ready to circlejerk to pictures of Zyzz, they noticed something strange. A user tripfagging as Scooby1961 had posted a thread. /fit/ rushed into the thread, eager to meet a minor Youtube celebrity. After post after post of "What do you think of Zyzz?" ">tfw scooby posts" and "can I suck your pecs?" Scooby looked upon /fit/ and saw that it was good. Although many anons warned Scooby to stay away, he ignored these warnings and continued to post, but agreed to keep his posting secret from the outside world.
He continued to offer fitness advice in many threads throughout the next year or so and even joined in on the traditional /fit/ Zyzz circlejerk. His Youtube fame elevated him to hero status on the board and his hiding of subtle /fit/ references in one of his videos earned him the nickname The Puzzlemaster as everyone on /fit/ was too stupid to find one of the references. Scooby and /fit/ had a perfect, secret relationship, like two high school faggots hiding their buttlove from their parents. He began calling /fit/ his special friends in his Office Hours videos before eventually openly admitting to use the site, but, like all somewhat secret and taboo relationships, eventually someone lets private information out.
Doxing
In mid-July of 2013, a rival YouTube bodybuilder known as Jeff Seid got butthurt over an April Fools video Scooby had done mocking Jeff's overly-confident ways, and paid a tripfag on /sp/ to dox Scooby, which said tripfag did, in a thread on /fit/. Scoobert's IRL name, address, and company were revealed, as was the STUNNING revelation that he was gay, which took many /fit/izens, Youtubers and Scooby forum members by surprise, despite that he had openly admitted to being gay months before the doxing and he tripfagged on /fit/, which automatically made him gay.

Once Scooby found out that he'd been doxed he went on /fit/, he said goodbye to /fit/, and released his tripcode. He then took to YouTube and announced he would not be putting any more videos on YouTube, and would be shutting down most, if not all, of his Social networking sites accounts. Within days of the doxing, the majority of /fit/ was RIP Scooby threads, and people using his tripcode that he'd released to troll with. One user, as part of the pity party, even made a fundraiser for an AIDS Foundation that Scooby had once donated to.
However, Scooby has continued releasing Youtube videos, since he can't figure out how to make a new channel, and updating his main website's blog. He made good on his vow to shutdown the Scooby's Workshop forum, only to replace it with a pay-for-access website. He also continues to lurk /fit/, as evidenced by one of his recent videos.

I'd just like to interject for a moment. What you’re referring to as Scooby, is in fact, Our natty martyr/Scooby, or as I’ve recently taken to calling him, The Natty Savior plus Scooby. Scooby is not a regular human unto himelf, but rather another free component of a fully functioning religious dogmatic system made useful by the need for nattyness, kindness and cutting edge training advice comprising a full training system as well as a lifestyle as defined by our post-modern society. Many gymbros use a modified version of the Scooby training regime every day, without realizing it. Through a peculiar turn of events, the version of Scooby's program which is widely used today is often called “Starting Strength”, and many of its users are not aware that it is basically the Scooby system, developed by none other than Scooby. There really is a Starting Strength, and these people are using it, but it is just a part of the Scooby system they use. Starting Strength is the schedule: the program in the system that allocates the body's resources to the other programs that you use. Starting Strength is an essential part of a training system, but useless by itself; it can only function in the context of Scooby's training philosophy. Starting Strength is normally used in combination with Scooby's programming: the whole system is basically Scooby with Starting Strength added, or Scooby/Starting strength. All the so-called “Starting Strength” distributions are really distributions of Scooby/Starting Strength.
