Scott Bibby

Some men are born to be leaders, some are born to be the led ones. Some are born to edit Wikipedia and some are born to read and believe the horseshit found thereon. Some men are born to eat dicks and some men are born to be dicks. Some men are born to produce smegma and some are born to eat and savor smegma. Some are born to fuck dogs in the anus and some are born to be the anus. And then we have Russavia, aka Scott Bibby, formerly known only as one of the major Wikipediametric players and a huge fan of Polandball, Russia, and every variety of stupid shit known to mankind. Despite being a trust-fund brat, complete super-troll, and dickwad eater of sloth cum, Scott managed to becum a major TOW insider and a Wikipedia Porn bureaucrat. He was eventually banned from all Wikimedia projects forever and ever.

(Be warned that googling his name will bring up two other lads by the same name. One being a football player. They are bogans also, just very different ones in England. Also beware that the football player doesn't have an article on TOW, for some fucking reason.)

His mum

Fraud

Way back in the Pre-Cambrian internet era of the late 1990s, Scott started to buy, sell and trade memorabilia from Russian airlines; safety cards, barf bags etc. No one but the fairies can explain why this drunken "black sheep of the Bibby family" from Perth, United States of Australia, was so damn fond of the fucked up mess that is Russia. His personal politics are sometimes described as being "right wing but incoherent". Eventually he realized that most eBayers and collectors of airline ephemera were fucking stupid, so he started openly scamming them.

On eBay Scott used several accounts, most obviously "russiansafetycards" and "cisaviation". All online evidence of the activity under those accounts is gone, except this. On Airliner Forums Scott used the names "Brissie_lions", "Russophile", "Aviatsiya.ru", and possibly several others. And he scammed people there, and then he tried to cover it up by deleting threads. His attempts to cover up his dirty dealings started to pick up in 2009 when he was chasing his brass balls on Wikipedia, but EDiots saved copies of some of them. So fuck yourself, Scott.

At about the same time, father Graeme realized that little Scott was gonna be a problem (read "unemployable and faggy"). So the Bibbys created a company for Scott to run. Believe it or not, it was a perfume sales website called Heavenly Perfumes (lol gone). Why perfumes? Either Scott is a tranny who goes to sleazy bars and waits to have his pubic hair munched. Or more likely, he starts to get the DTs, can't find the beer and vodka, and downs a bottle of his mum's cheap perfume instead, making his cock smell like lilacs for a week. Yeah, we can easily believe that part. Plus, unlike the financial world, a complete moron can sell perfume. He even tried to spam his company on Wikipedia, and got away with it until 2012. (Ask him about GST. Or don't, he's obviously a spoiled brat.)

Happy customers talk about Scott

Where he came from

"Who knows...hopefully he is in jail for fraud and grand theft. Scott was not only thrown off ebay for the 3rd time under his last ebay ID "russiansafetycards", but he also destroyed his parent's internet/ebay based business "heavenly perfumes". Several ebay members (buyers) got very sad apology emails from Scott's parents and refunds from their own personal finances. I felt so sorry for them having their business reputation destroyed by their son. I seriously doubt that they ever got their money back from Scott. "

Where he's going

"He had told me one time that he did not get along with his parents."

"This guy has taken money from many ebay members. I was lucky and got all of my money back through PayPal...certainly hope that other buyers did as well. Other than Scott Bibby (Russian safety cards) in Australia, I've never seen so much negative feedback and ebay does nothing!"

Wikipedia and Commons

So much dickery was associated with Scott on Wikipedia and on Commons it would take a whole hard drive to contain it all. Let's go over some of the highlights:

2005-2008

  • He first appeared in 2005, and guess what he edited--articles about Russia and Russian aircraft. He loves him some Bad Vlad. No evidence the little shit had ever been to Russia, except in his drunken stupors. Soon he was stealing photos from airliners.net and Flickr and reposting them to Commons, with or without the proper licensing.
  • By December 2008 he was fighting with Biophys and being blocked for it. Which leads into:

2009

  • One word: Wikipediametric. That's a dictionary-sized book by itself. Scott trolled and was trolled, it went through three horrible arbitrations, and the shitball kept rolling. Loads of whining by other Wikipediametric people: [1][2][3][4] is only a tiny sample. He was blocked and later unblocked over and over, having found some admin clit to suck.

2010

  • The Biophys arbitration. A complete waste of time, Arbcom shat its pants and Scott walked away unscathed.

2011

  • This mess shows Wikipedia at its most dysfunctional, with powerful people protecting Scott. "Closing: No action against Russavia. I am withdrawing my above suggestion that the parties can discuss with each other directly. The parties are advised to live with their current interaction ban."

2012

  • This was when Scott's nutsack really hit the fan. He posted this on Jimbo's talkpage:

"When I masturbate in public, I don't really feel any different than when I do it in private; can you possibly tell us why when you masturbate in public, it hurts? Y u no be Russavia 19:42, 27 January 2012"

  • He thought the "Donkey punch" cartoon was okay.
  • The moronic and trying-to-be-offensive-and-failing webcomic "Polandball" is started, and Scott starts copying some of it to Commons, with the help of his Commons shitsquad.
  • He became a bureaucrat on Commons, making him one of their most powerful people. By this time Scott's Wikipedia block log was getting "interesting".

2013

  • A post on Wikipediocracy about Scott became "unmentionable" on Wikipedia. Because it "outed" him. Cla68 tried to post a link to it and was blocked with all access removed, in a little turd-trick that the Wikipedos obviously coordinated on IRC. Admin "Kevin" tried to reverse the cock-block and was desysopped, with Arbcom rewriting one of Wikipedia's rules in order to protect poor little Russavia (who was himself blocked on Wikipedia at the time, ha ha). And you can't read about it.
His hero!
  • He was indefinitely blocked (yet again) on Wikipedia in June. A desysop attempt on Commons wiped its turds on Jimbocock.
  • The argument got uglier and uglier, so Scott resigned in August. [6]

Pricasso painting

Portrait of Jimbo, by Pricasso

No one but Scott would do this; around the time of the "hey bitches" incident, he conceived the successful troll of Wikipedia, Commons, the Wikimedia Foundation, and Jimmy Wales by commissioning a portrait of Jimbo by Pricasso, an Australian artist who paints with his dick, balls, and ass crack. Scott "paid" for it by writing a Wikipedia article about Pricasso.

2014

  • When a WMF employee was caught editing for pay, Scott raised holy hell on the Wikimedia mailing list. When the Belfer Center's corrupt links to Wikipedia were revealed, Scott posted it on the same list. [7][8] The latter nut-stink drew media attention. [9]
  • Despite being "blocked for eternity", Scott is now running sockpuppet accounts. One after another is discovered and blocked, and he simply creates another one. [10] "Like Kumioko and many others before him, Russavia has decided to simply ignore his indefinite block. Newyorkbrad, you should probably start preparing a legal threat. AGK, I think Russavia is self-employed, so to contact his employer you can use wikipedia's "email this user" function. It probably won't accomplish much, though." Later, checkuser Alison is "reprimanded" by the WMF for "misusing checkuser"....for catching a Russavia sockpuppet and posting the IP address. Evidently Scott still had "friends". [11][12]
  • And of course, it's "not cool" and "stalking" when someone reveals that he knows where the Bibbys live. [13] So they finally remove his floppy Aussie arse from the mailing list.
  • For Christmas, Scott posts this cartoon on Jimbo's talkpage. Shit explodes, everything is oversighted.

His block log

Don't think he was such a bad bloke? Read it. Notice that admins would block him, then later unblock him and apologize. WTF???

He finally gets shat out

After being blocked from Wikipedia, Wikinews, Wiktionary, Wikibooks, Commons, and fuck knows what else, big bad buttplug Scott was finally issued a "global ban" in January 2015 by Philippe Beaudette, smegma-master supreme of the WMF's "Community Advocacy" department. Thus, the name Russavia was cursed throughout the pathetic and laughable Wikimedia "empire". And this is how Scott reacted:

Dear Mr Beaudette,"

"This communication is to notify you that I confirm receipt of your communication in which you communicated to me that I have been globally banned from the Wikimedia Foundation websites and platforms."

"I would like to communicate to you that I have indeed socked on English Wikipedia and created some pretty good content in the process. But as to your history of legal concerns and other violations of your ToU, without clarification I call bullshit. For this is what the WMF says to editors who are globally locked under suspicion of being, or being confirmed as, paedophiles. It is done this way to in order for the WMF to make the accusation without being legally responsible for it being made. Brilliant huh? Is the WMF accusing me of being a paedophile Mr Beaudette? You will need to publicly clarify this Mr Beaudette."

"After carefully considering your communication, I am here to communicate to you that I will be ignoring your communication in its entirety. I have taken clear steps this morning in order to protect my privacy, especially given the WMF has refused to, as it relates to the ISP I am using when I edit these projects; this includes keeping my current ISP for all websites, and a throwaway mobile broadband account to edit Wikipedia."

"The end game of this is clearly to get the WMF to take me to court here in Australia. I'd love my day in court with you bastards."

"Fuck you and game on moles," "Mr Bibby"
