Ryan Okins AKA Truthseeker AKA LunarshapE AKA ApparitionZ AKA thewiccaman was convicted for possession of child pornography in 2001 and sentenced to 21 months in prison followed by three years probation. After violating his parole, he was sentenced to home confinement with GPS monitoring and ordered to have no internet usage whatsoever. His probation ended in 2006. Ryan is not listed on the public sex offender registry but that is soon to change with the implementation of the Adam Walsh Act in Nevada. Ryan has stated he will move to Oregon to escape this draconian law.

Ryan is closely involved with Reform Sex Offender Laws Campaign, which is attempting to gain support for removing almost all restrictions and penalties for sex offenders along with abolishing age of consent laws for prepubescent children and is affiliated with SOclear, SOSEN and B4U-ACT, an organization owned by Michael Melsheimer AKA "Lek" member of BoyChat and well-known pedophile activist.

Ryan's Internet presence is massive and he is prolific in forums, blogs and news sites, as well as his own Internet radio podcast where he spreads his message that there are only a very few sex offenders who actually raped or abused anyone. He claims the majority of registered sex offenders were only "mooning" or "peeing behind a bush" or merely looking at nude pictures of children. He believes anyone who criticizes his views are violent vigilantes and that the media makes people believe they were abused when they really weren't. He is best known for always jumping to the defense of a sexual offender no matter how horrible the crime and denying the significance and even existence of the large amount of sexual abuse of children prevalent in society today.

We first became aware of Ryan Okins when found him on such sites as SOhopeful and SOSEN.
We noticed Registered Sex Offenders, their families, friends, and other supporters gather on these sites in an effort to fight what they feel are unjust or unfair laws regarding sex offender registration.
This led to the discovery of his involvement with the Reform Sex Offender Laws Campaign

This article only profiles one of the offenders who committed rape, but they neglected to state that most sex offenders have never committed rape, like in a case of public urination.

So this male babysitter gets two life terms for having sexual relations with his charge. What if the babysitter was female? Would she she get the same sentence? I think not. Our justice system is backwards. I believe this young man should be punished, but not for two life terms! It is definitely overpunishment since no one was murdered. 10 years with maybe 5 years probation is plenty.

consider the fact most RSO’s have never committed rape and statistically are a lot more safe than drug abusers living in your community.
