Joy-Ann M. Reid (née Lomena) is a mentally ill liberal conspiracy theorist and homophobe who, for some ungodly reason, was given her own fake news morning talk show on an unpopular comedy-themed television network called Fake News despite not being funny and being wrong every single time she opens her big fucking mouth. Like the rest of MSNBC's liberal looney toon hosts, Joy's behaviour following the election of Jewnited States of Americunts President The Donald in 2016 has become increasingly deranged and her already shitty opinions have become completely detached from having any basis in reality.
Joy Reid discovers the long memory of the Internet
In January 2018, e-detectives discovered large parts of Reid's deleted blog, complete with plenty of homophobic remarks. Reid deleted the blog when she was hired by MSNBC, leaving her safe to exercise her hypocrisy confident that her past words wouldn't be discovered. Due to Reid's heroic resistance to the dictatorial presidency of Donald Trump, she caught the attention of his Russian troll armies, who discovered her old blog, peppered with homophobic remarks about Florida governor and closet case Charlie Crist. The Russian bots weaponized the Twitter Outrage Machine (because using someone's own words against them is totally not what Archive.org is for) and Reid issued an obligatory apology.
Despite confessing to posting homophobic material to her blog, she and MSNBC now claim that The Wayback Machine has been hacked. Oh and the Smithsonian archive and Library of Congress archive services, as well as Archive.is too. Naturally these claims were derided by the Internet at large, but Reid has hired an expert who will totally prove her completely true accusation that all the archive services were hacked to make her look like some kind of hypocrite.
